Round 2:Rules

These are the official rules of Planetarion. If you break them, the creators and administrators of Planetarion could delete your account with no warnings if found suitable.

Registration & "Multi-ing"

You will not at any time have a second account for whatever reason. This includes registration for a friend. You are allowed to create one, and ONLY ONE account in Planetarion. If you would like to delete your account and make a new one, you can delete it in the Preferences screen in the game.

You are not allowed to log into the game with any account other than your own. Doing so can and will be traced and investigated thoroughly.

You are not allowed to give your account information to anyone. It is regarded personal information, and is something for your eyes only. If you suspect someone of being a "Multi" then report them ONLY to the Operators in IRC.Planetarion #Multis.

Abusive Language

You are not allowed to use any kind of abusive language in the game, whether it is in messages, your planet's name or any other place. If you receive an abusive message, there is a special function in the messages screen to help us administer these messages. Use the "report message" feature to help us ensure the abusers are dealt with. Galaxy Banners

As Galactic Commander you can choose a banner for your galaxy, but if found offensive in any way, containing any porn or otherwise insulting material, the person who put it there will be deleted and the picture replaced with no further warnings.

To have anything else than just plain text in the Galaxy Name is not allowed. No html tags, no abusive words, no links to anything and no advertising is allowed.

"Bots" & "Managers"

At NO point do you have any valid reason to be using any other program in conjunction with your how Planetarion is presented to you through your browser. This includes so called "Planetarion Managers".

No program is allowed to have access to your Planetarion browser. This also includes so called "Bot-Planets". Any tools or programs you use that gives you an added advantage and is not cleared and made available to every player is deemed illegal and therefore cheating.

Having programs or tools to enable mass mailing is also forbidden. Users reported for spamming, sending messages to everyone in the game, will be investigated, and dealt with.

Other

Finally, I would like to add that other ways of abusing the game or site not directly covered by the rules, may also be reason enough for deleting of accounts. These rules are created to ensure that everyone can enjoy a fair game, where the best player will come out on top, not the best cheater. If everyone stick to the rules, everyone will benefit from it.
