RainbowS was originaly created round 58 by Sad, B-Butch3r, green_cat, GenChaos and Golden. The origin of the name was a meant as a joke by green_cat to B-Butch3r, but was chosen during the very early stages of planning the creation of a new alliance. green_cat, B-Butch3r, Golden and GenChaos all served as non-com officers in Spore, but all disagreed with the direction the alliance was heading in and decided to leave. The original idea of RainbowS was to create a friendly democratic alliance wich both new and old players could be sucsefull in, free off egos and selfish rankwhores. Giving all members, regardless of rank, access to all tools and areas of the alliance was one of the founding principles. Other alliances quickly found out how to abuse this with planting spies, releasing the members personal information public, and coords.
