Sometime around the 19th July 2002 the Planetarion IRC network changed its scope to encompass all games and not just [[Planetarion]] under which it adopted the new title of [[NetGamers]]. Right now, Netgamers uses 3 different server, and houses at least 4 different games, all with reasonable player bases. This includes games like [http://www.dawnofmyth.net Dawn of Myth] and [http://www.planetia.net Planetia].

#Planetarion is the main channel of Planetarion. It has a specific set of channel rules which are enforced by the bot Pea. Planetarion also maintains other channels, such as #support

History

From day one Planetarion already had a strong community including a series of #Planetarion channels spread across most of the well known IRC networks. It was on Dalnet however that the first official #Planetarion sprang to life. The channel was owned and operated by Mysternal.
