This is the version of the analysis tool which is currently in use. It was coded in java mainly to provide an easy means of creating a GUI interface, but also to ensure cross platform compatability; Some of the MH use macs after all :)

It also solved an issue which plagued previous versions of the tool, no longer do buffer overflows affect it - so its memory usage can be curtailed significantly.
