XtoTheZ took over the Pilkara maintainance after kaos left PA. Has main work has been creating the Elysium IRC network, which includes a highly customised IRCd, brand new IRC services and a unique attack/scans system. He also modified this system for use by 1up on NetGamers
Was in round 9.5 responsible for getting lots of people closed in Ouzo by tweaking his own server a bit.
