Cin is one of the current HC's of NoS and is on the planetarion support team. Rumour has it he used to be a high ranked top 100 player, but now he spends his days wasting away his hours trying to disguise his identity and being paranoid about his (allegedly dark) past catching up with him.

His interests include sheep and little boys.
