Colcarpenter

Colcarpenter or Colcarp, John was the leader of the alliance YHQ, when he merged them into ND. He was then officer in ND and later became a member of the high council. Colcarp left after being voted out on a policy he wanted to implement which didn't fit ND. He felt let down and left ND, but still kept a good relationship with several old command people and ND members.
