Superpower

A Superpower alliance was one that was considered to be powerful enough to dominate the game if given the chance. Typically, these alliances were leading their relevant blocks or affecting the game in some major fashion. Some alliances remained superpowers throughout their existance, whilst others only attainted this status for a round or two.
