Donate Resources
From Planetarion Wiki
Players can donate resources to the Galaxy Fund. This is done on the Resources page. The Minister of Development can then donate resources to players below average value, and can also see any donations made to the fund. Also, players can Trade resources in the galaxy fund for a fee of 5%, as described on the Resources page.
