In Planetarion, resourcs are used to buy anything from ships to structures to waves. There are three types of resources:

  • Metal
  • Crystal
  • Eonium

You get resources by either building mines or initiating/stealing asteroids

From Round 2 up to and including Round 9.5 Eonium was spent as fuel when launching ships.

Also, there is a page in game called 'Resources' where players can Initiate asteroids, Donate Resources, and trade resources.
