Newbie Bashing

Newbie bashing is the term used to describe hitting someone significantly smaller than yourself with a fleet that's disproportionately large.
You cannot attack planets with less than 40% of your value, this is a built-in feature of the system. But n00b-bashers stretch this rule to the maximum extent.
