The alliance was formed by the HC after they just got annoyed with not finding a single alliance that fit the way they believed alliances should be run. This round began for Euphoria with about 40 hand picked members making Euphoria truly an invite only, HC run alliance. Euphoria's main goal was to have high planet ranks as well as a great average score through the round.
