Non-Aggression Pact

A Non-Aggression Pact states that the two involved parties may not launch hostile fleets on eachother. The specifics of a NAP can vary greatly. Many pacts also border into, or are in practice, full fledged allies.
Round 2 was notable for its profusion of NAP's which tied the largest alliances in the universe into a situation of extreme stalemate and boredom. This was broken with the outbreak of the Fury/Legion vs BlueTuba war, and the subsequent folding of Concordium.
