Also the only block in PA not to have been named after any alliances in it. The tradition of naming a block by combining the first letters of each alliance's name did not start until [[Round 4]]'s [[VeX]].
(Er... STEL, as mentioned above was named after the alliances in it - Sedition, The Empire, Elysium, LOST... I think)
