Also known as MoD for short.
Minister responsible for controlling the Galaxy Fund (see Resources page in-game). Can set which resources should be donated, and can donate resources to some planets. Can also see who donates to the fund, and how much.
The MoD plays an important part in the development of a galaxy by allowing new members of a galaxy to gain resources without the temptation of initiating asteroids. The MoD is also primarily responsible for delivering disaster aid to heavily battle-weried planets.
As with all Ministers, can update the Message from the Commanders on Overview, this is done from the Politics page. Also partly responsible for Exile of planets.
