A Minister of war (or MoW) is a position in the galaxy, chosen by the galaxy commander. The MoW has access to the galaxy ships feature and can do galaxy scans.
Additionally, like all other ministers, the MoW can update the overview and welcome messages, set the level of galaxy status access of planets and set the galaxy IRC channel and key. Ministers also have to agree before someone can be exiled.
