Once a planet has been deleted by the ticker it cannot be recovered. There are two mechanisms through which a planet can be deleted from the Planetarion universe.
Cheating
When caught by the multihunters, Planets are closed for a period of up to 10 days before being deleted.
Self-deletion
Players can delete their own planets from the Preferences screen. Deleting takes 48 hours and players have to enter a password that's mailed to their signup e-mail address.
Inactivity
Planets who are inactive do not get deleted, but instead get moved to cluster 200. When the account is logged into, the planet is moved back to the active universe.
