First of all, it's cura with a lower case.
cura has been a member of NewDawn for aslong as he's been playing Planetarion.
Joining NewDawn inbetween round 2 and 3 and started out as a peon but soon became a recruitment officer.
He was DC under Orange for a round but that didn't fit his relaxed playing style so went back to recruitment the next round. He became HC of The Rising which was a recruitment wing for NewDawn in Round 7(not sure about the round). After Round 10.5 he took a break and came back for Round 15, where he was quickly granted an IAD Officer position.
