It seems odd that we took a stance at the start of round 4, which has now been rendered useless. However the HC is of the opinion that this NAP would benefit Tuba more than hinder it, as it would offer us our first stable political position since early round 2, and would certainly promote alliance growth due to the multitude of free targets.		We wish to consult the membership over this issue before committing ourselves, as we are in a unique position due to past events. Hence every week a document similar to this one will be emailed to all members, it may evolve as suggestions flow in. It can stick to being purely factual, or we can add some elements of humour and fun to it – Depending on what you want. One thing is certain though, unlike the Planetarion newsletter – this one will have a grip on reality.
