	This list is intended to allow non-1up galaxy members who want to keep their naps with us an easy way to arbiter the majority of targets they want to hit. Any galaxy not in this list can be hit by them without them needing to check with anyone in 1up. If they want to attack a planet in a galaxy in this list, obviously they'll still need to check to make sure it's not a 1up member. Similarly, if an attacker on their galaxy is from one of those in this list they will need to check if it's 1up before sending defence (or at a minimum by eta 4). Accordingly, as of the coming midnight ingame time (to allow time for members to post this list) all launches on 1up will result in immediate (and permanent) loss of nap. No excuses, no exceptions, no retractions. As of the same time, all current planets with no nap will lose any opportunity to gain it back.

		We will NOT be cancelling naps with planets who adhere to the agreement - but we will no longer offer any flexibility over planets who cease to follow it.
