Zikonian is one of the original four races of Planetarion.

==Lore==
Much about the Zikonian race is a mystery. Some say they are an ancient race come back to reclaim their dominion over the universe, others say they are a rebel offshoot of the [[Cathaar]] race. The Zikonian fleets have a unique ability: they can steal enemy ships in combat.

==History==
Zikonian was one of the four original races of Planetarion, introduced in round 6. In [[round 11]] and [[Round 12|12]], Zikonian ships [[Ship Type#subvert]]ed enemy ships, instead of stealing them. From [[round 13]] to [[round 20]], Zikonian ships did not lose ships while stealing.

==Ships==
Most Zikonian ships [[Ship Type#steal|steal]] their opponent's ships rather than kill them. In the process, an equivalent amount of Zikonian ships has to be abandoned in order for the crew to take over the enemy ship.
