Can set which resources should be donated, and can donate resources to some planets. Can also see who donates to the fund, and how much.<br /> <br /> The MoD plays an important part in the development of a galaxy by allowing new members of a galaxy to gain resources without the temptation of initiating asteroids. The MoD is also primarily responsible for delivering disaster aid to heavily battle-weried planets.<br /> <br /> Though mearly rumor it is said that MoD's are also responsible for buying and distrubuting christmas presents arround the galaxies players.<br /> <br /> As with all [[Ministers]], can update the Message from the Commanders on Overview, this is done from the Politics page.
