Acted as High Council for IPC. One of the longest acting HCs. Hold very strong values for member activity that were similar to bigger more powerful alliances, while holding respect for the low score players and providing a friednly atmosphere for newer players - attempts to keep IPC always open and friendly to new players.

Later on left for Eve-Online forming the corporation The Hidden Agenda with other ex-IPC command and members. This leave did put some pressure on the alliance with organisation and shortage of members.

(NOTE by KeyStroke; Funny how it is when someone show you a link and there is things written about you and you get that "Whaaa?" experience. My history with IPC can to some extent be found here;

But in July of 2003 I also started play EVE, it was a natural evolution from Planetarion. Planetarion didnt feel the same anylonger with the changes to it, it just wasnt Planetarion anylonger. You can find many old IPC members playing EVE-Online, but in general there is A LOT of ex-Planetarion players playing EVE. I did go a random round in Planetarion, In a random galaxy some time back, but the old magic was gone, didnt feel right anylonger. '''IPC''' were one of the games first alliances who held a strong belief in playing fair. Many of the original members went on to be part of [[PACrew]]. Some of the founding members were [[KeyStroke]],
[[Irons]] and [[Konsul]]. One of its more recent [[HC]] was [[Smokeh]].
 
Although there was no IPC tag in-game in round 10.5, some members and HC did play under the [[F-Crew]] tag. 

(NOTE by KeyStroke; Some of the above is not entirely accurate, I dont know who the original poster was (so I can bash him :p), however; check out http://www.ipc-alliance.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=532 on the official IPC website, it got a summary of IPC ranging from round 1 to 8. What made IPC so special is our community, which is still there, clearly shown when so many surfaced to pay their respect to our departed friend Thomas. IPC is so more than just an entity i a game, its a way of living which many of the members carried with them to new games, and in their everyday life. Planetarion was (and still is for some) a great game, but times changes and people move on due to various things. The very thing that IPC based its foundation on was basically the underdogs and the little guys in Planetario. Our goal was to enhance their gameplay to something better. With a decreasing playerbase and a more "die hard" playerbase Planetarion doesn't have room for such entities as IPC and many others that shared our views back then. As an community IPC will always live on for a long time).

In the end of r14, did Brimstone, [[Joa]] and some of the old IPC members try to re-build the alliance! They did not succeed.... One of the main reasons for the rebuilding was: 
After the death of Thomas (Kal-Phobia) the #ipc-alliance channel on netgamers, got a real high activety once again! An activety not seen since the alliance went to "Sleeping mode."
 After a few days, the old members stille playing [[Planetarion]], got the idea, "lets get IPC back in the game." As told, they did NOT succeed 
 
The tribute to Thomas (Kal-Phobia), an out-standing member and a good friend to many.
